Common questions
My builder isn't on Tighro yet. Can I still use it?
Yes. After signing up you'll have access to your own schedule, crew, and job management. Once a builder you work with creates an account, you can connect with them and your work will sync automatically.
What will my builder see about my work?
Only what you choose to share. Each photo, note, and blocker has a visibility setting. By default, internal information stays private. Schedule changes and completion status on builder-linked work are shared automatically so both sides stay aligned.
Do my crew members need accounts?
No. You can add crew members without individual accounts. If you'd like them to use the mobile Today view directly, you can provide each of them with their own login.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. All the features you need to coordinate with builders — Today view, schedule, blockers, photos, customers, materials, and unlimited active jobs — are included free with 2 GB of storage and up to 3 connected builders. See pricing for what's included on Pro.
When should I upgrade to Pro?
When your storage fills up (typical solo trade with regular photo documentation hits 2 GB in 4–5 months), when you need full-resolution photo originals for warranty claims, when you work with more than 3 builders, or when you want iCal sync, CSV export, branded PDFs, or recurring jobs.
