Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tighro, operated by Belladrey LLC ("Tighro", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our residential construction scheduling and trade operations platform (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account & company: name, email, company name, role, password (stored hashed).
- Business data: projects, schedules, tasks, work orders, jobs, customers you add, materials, notes, blockers.
- Uploads: photos and documents you add to jobs and work orders.
- Communications: invitations you send, support requests, and feedback.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage & device: log data, IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and actions taken.
- Cookies & similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
1.3 Information from third parties
- Payment processor (Stripe): we receive transaction status, the last four digits of cards, and subscription state. We do not receive full card numbers.
- Connected accounts: when you connect with a builder or trade, we process information necessary to coordinate work between you.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Process payments, subscriptions, and referral rewards;
- Sync schedules and shared items between connected builders and trades;
- Send transactional messages (e.g., verification, invitations you initiate, billing notices);
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We process images server-side to create optimized variants (compressed display copies and thumbnails). On free plans, original full-resolution uploads may not be retained.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information:
- With parties you connect or share with: when you accept a connection or mark an item shared, the connected builder/trade can see the relevant data.
- With service providers: infrastructure hosting, payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery, under contracts limiting their use of the data.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
4. Invitations and referrals
When you invite a builder or trade, we use the email address you provide to send that invitation on your behalf and to track whether it converts (for referral rewards). Recipients can report an invitation or unsubscribe; once unsubscribed, that email will not receive further Tighro invitations.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Free plans may have retention limits (for example, on archived jobs and history). After account closure we may retain limited data as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access & correction: you can view and edit most data in-app.
- Export: paid plans include data export; contact us if you need an export.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Email preferences: you may opt out of non-essential email; transactional messages are necessary to operate the Service.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (for example, under U.S. state privacy laws or the GDPR). To exercise rights, email [email protected]. The specific rights framework should be confirmed with legal counsel based on where you operate and where your users reside.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and tenant-scoped data access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. International users
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
